As of October 2026 · Draft. The German version of these terms is binding.
You make TikToks about trading, markets or tools? Show Drift Engine in a video — and we pay you: €2 for every 1,000 views.
1. Organiser. The program is run by Drift Engine — Aleksander Chadzy und Jakob Johann Kuhn (address and contact in the legal notice), “we” below.
2. Who can take part. Adults with their own public TikTok account. We may decline participation without giving reasons, for example for content that does not fit Drift Engine. There is no right to participate.
3. Agreement. By creating your code and accepting these terms, an agreement about the program is formed between you and us. It does not oblige you to anything: whether, when and how many videos you make is up to you. No employment relationship arises.
4. Only with your own code and link. A video is paid only if (a) it recognisably shows or discusses Drift Engine, (b) @driftengine is tagged in the video and (c) your personal code is mentioned in the video or description and your personal link is in your bio. Codes are personal and not transferable.
5. Payment. €2 for every full 1,000 views of the video, counted in the first 30 days after publication according to TikTok analytics. Partial thousands are not paid. The amount is a total; we do not reimburse other costs.
6. Proof and payout. At the earliest 30 days and at the latest 60 days after publication, send us the link to the video and a screenshot of the views from your TikTok analytics to contact@drift-engine.net. We check the proof and pay within 30 days of a successful check by bank transfer or PayPal. Amounts under €5 are credited and paid with the next settlement.
7. Taxes. The payment is usually taxable income for you; you are responsible for paying tax on it. We settle by credit note. If you are liable for VAT, tell us and give us your tax number before the payout; we then add VAT.
8. Labelling as advertising. Because we pay you, the video must be clearly recognisable as advertising — via TikTok’s “Paid partnership” or “Branded content” switch and additionally with “Ad” at the start of the description. An unlabelled video is not paid.
9. Content. No profit promises, no investment advice, no buy or sell recommendations, no false or misleading statements about Drift Engine or others. Drift Engine is an analysis tool and gives no signals. The video may only contain content you hold the rights to (music, images, people) and must follow TikTok’s rules.
10. Exclusion and reclaim. Bought or artificially generated views, bots, fake proof or any other deception lead to exclusion without payment; we may reclaim amounts already paid for affected videos.
11. Rights to the video. The video stays yours. You allow us to link and share it on our channels (e.g. by repost) and to name you — without editing and without additional payment. You may use our name and logo only in connection with Drift Engine.
12. Liability. You are responsible for the content of your video. If we are held liable for an infringement in your video for which you are responsible, you indemnify us. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
13. Changes and end. We may change or end the program at any time with effect for future videos; you may stop at any time. For videos already published and valid, the terms at the time of their publication apply.
14. Data protection. We process your name, email address, TikTok name, code, the number of clicks on your link as well as your proof and payment details to run the program. More in the privacy policy.
15. Law. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
